HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES OR CAMPS

1. Fill out the Fall 2010 Class registration form and mail, fax or deliver to the SPARC office with payment.

2. If you do not have a registration form, please visit www.sparconline.org – print off registration form, which can be found on our homepage, and mail, fax, or deliver to SPARC office with payment.

3. If you do not have access to a computer, please call the SPARC office at (804) 353-3393 and we will mail you a registration form.

Payment Method: SPARC accepts Credit Cards (only Visa, MasterCard and Discover – we do not
take American Express), personal check, or money orders.

Special Discounts:

Family Discount – Save $25 on tuition with our family discount. Pay full tuition for one class & get $25 off for each additional class taken by any member of your family during the Fall 2010 semester.

Enroll-a-Friend: – Have a friend sign up with SPARC, and save $25 per class.

Financial Aid: No interested, cooperative student is turned away from any SPARC program because of the inability to afford tuition. To apply for financial aid for the Fall semester, you will need to submit BOTH a Registration Form and a Scholarship Application as well as a $15.00 non-refundable application fee by August 31, 2010. Forms submitted after this date will NOT be considered for scholarships. To request a scholarship form, please check the appropriate box on the registration form, or call our office to have one sent to you.
