In order to ensure that each child gets the most from his or her SPARC experience, we have established the following guidelines. If you have any questions about any of these, please feel free to discuss them with your child’s instructor.

SPARC has many payment options available for families. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact the Education Coordinator, (804) 353-3393 ex. 221 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to request Financial Aid, please refer to our Financial Aid information page.
If you would like to make an online payment for a class/camp you have already registered for please click here to access the Online Payment Form.
To withdraw a student from their class, camp, or program, you must notify the SPARC office by telephone or email no less than one month before the start of the class/camp/program in order to be eligible for a refund.
At the first class meeting at each teaching site, parents and students are invited to meet their instructors and administrative staff. We will discuss what to expect during the semester, look at important dates for the calendar, and answer questions. Please note this meeting on your calendars.
During our fall semester (September to December), families are invited to observe one class during the semester. Families will receive that information at the start of class. During the spring semester (January to April), classes end in a final showcase on stage (excluding SPARC Plugs). Families will receive their students’ showcase schedule by the end of January.
Regular, punctual attendance is encouraged at SPARC. That being said, SPARC is sensitive to the need for students to be absent due to observance of religious holidays or family emergencies. Those absences will not count against the student in any way, although we ask that the student be proactive in catching up on any material that was missed (including blocking, choreography, music, handouts, etc.)
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, we do not necessarily follow any particular school system’s decision. We make a determination by 1:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. on weekends.
The most reliable, up-to-date sources for information on class cancellation are our Facebook page and our Twitter account. If we are able, we also update the main page of our website and send emails to the affected classes.

“Yesterday we ran into a former counselor of our son’s and we were talking about Charlotte’s Web. She whispered to me afterwards that he seems so much more mature, confident, looked her in the eyes when he was talking to her … I said, yep, that’s SPARC.”SPARC Parent
