Mary Page Nance just completed the run of her second Broadway show, 12 time Tony Nominated Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812. Before Comet, she was an original broadway cast member of Finding Neverland. During the course of both shows she performed twice at The Tony Awards, at The White House in Michelle Obama’s “Broadway at The White House, MACY’S Thanksgiving Day Parade, Good Morning America, The Today Show, and recorded both Original Broadway Cast Albums (including arranging and singing on the Bonus Track for Finding Neverland “Play: Ensemble Version”). She began her journey with Finding Neverland with the workshop, and followed it to The American Repertory Theater in Cambridge. She often works on developmental labs for productions including: The Cher Show, War Paint, and more. Mary Page has performed regionally at The Seacoast Repertory Theatre (A Chorus Line/”Sheila”), Virginia Repertory Theatre (Thoroughly Modern Millie, Guys and Dolls), Utah Festival Opera and at The York Theatre, Off-Broadway.
Mary Page holds a BFA in Modern Dance from SUNY Purchase where she graduated with the President’s Award for Achievement in Dance. A native of Richmond, VA, she began her musical theater/dance training at SPARC, Richmond Dance Center, The Richmond Ballet, and ARGS. She recently returned to ARGS to serve as the Commencement Speaker to the Class of 2017. She often serves as a teaching artist to programs across the country including: Shenandoah University, VCU, Music Theater International, Broadway Junior, Various Dance Studios, ASTEP, Broadway’s Babies, and more. Last year she taught at SPARC during the 35th Anniversary Celebration, and got to sing with Jason Mraz as a part of the celebration!
